Half Day to Yukon Tour
Approximately 4 - 5 hour tour and 100 miles round trip.
An abbreviated Yukon Tour that still gives you the majestic views and wildlife opportunities and includes a visit to an Iditarod and Yukon Quest dog musher camp. Enjoy your Private Skagway Tour with family and friends along the Klondike Highway over the White Pass and to the Canadian Yukon. Follow the same trail that gold prospectors traveled in 1898 en route to Klondike Gold. We will be paralleling the White Pass Train past magnificent waterfalls and spectacular scenery to the summit & beyond. Leave behind the coastal rainforest as we cross the Canadian border into the sub-arctic alpine tundra. We’ll then journey into boreal forest past crystal lakes, Log Cabin and the winter Fantail Trail. Stand near the shore of Lake Tutshi, encircled by mile high mountains, pose at the Yukon and Alaska border signs. We’ll also be watching for bears, moose, sheep, goats and more along the way.

Tutshi Sled Dog Camp:
Pet Alaskan Husky puppies and visit with Iditarod and Yukon Quest veteran musher about the race experiences. Admission is $7 per person.
**Dog Cart Rides for purchase the day of the tour at Tutshi Sled Dog Camp for a fee of $68 CAD per adult and $58 CAD per child + 5% tax, depending on weather and availability. (Children under 5 are free as a lap child). It is an estimated 1.3 mile ride as the athletic dogs pull you on an ATV. This is NOT on snow. This also includes a 10 minute talk with gear demonstration.**
Yukon Suspension Bridge:
Try a little excitement and walk across the Yukon Suspension Bridge. It is approximately 180 ft long and stretches 57 ft over the Tutshi River. Also, included with admission is acess to displays with Information on the mountains and gold rush, gift shop and snack/coffee shop and restrooms. Admission is $14 per person(6 years old and under are free).
